How does the 7-day free trial work?

Following discussions with our sales team, we require only 2 days to familiarize ourselves with your city, its environment, and your company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs). Subsequently, we will designate a skilled dispatch manager to provide comprehensive training to your team. Once training is concluded, we will authorize the transfer of live calls to our system. Your trial will expire in 7 days.

Is the free trial truly free of charge?

Absolutely! We don’t require a credit card or any other payment information to get started on the free trial.

Billing method?

To provide our clients with the utmost flexibility and control, we have two different tiers of service which are billed in two different ways. In the first tier, billing occurs on an hourly basis, ensuring that you are only charged for the specific hours during which you have requested our services, aligning perfectly with your fluctuating requirements. Our second tier offers a fixed monthly rate. This dual-tiered approach allows us to cater to a wide range of clients with varying operational dynamics, ensuring that you receive a solution that best suits your business model and budgetary considerations.

Do I need to provide credit card info to sign up?

You do not need a credit card or any other form of payment to sign up for the trial. However, if you wish to continue the service once the trial is over then you can choose any payment method of your choice.
