How does billing work?+
For hourly coverage, you're billed at $4.99 per dedicated agent, per hour worked — not idle time, not setup, not training. Billing is invoiced monthly. For monthly retainer clients, we agree on your coverage hours upfront and send one invoice per month at your custom rate, which is lower than equivalent hourly billing. Either way, no surprise charges and no hidden fees.
I already have an in-house dispatcher. Can you be the backup?+
Absolutely — this is one of our most common setups. We function as your overflow and after-hours layer: covering the shifts your dispatcher doesn't work, peak periods when call volume exceeds capacity, and holiday windows.
